I guess they can hardly be called puppies anymore! But until some new dogs come along – that’s how they’ll be known. Gitta is 11 months and Raph is 13 months. They’ve been best buddies since the day I brought Gitta home.

  1. I’m the same way — I always think of Wall-e as a puppy too, even though he’s almost 12 months! Since I won’t be getting another dog for probably another 5 years, to me he’s going to be a puppy until he’s 6, haha~Nat

  2. ;) ;) Of course – Gitta is a real puppy ;D ;D Hah! Just want to ask how long… ;) ????

  3. I still call Boost “puppy”–and she still answers to “puppy” as well as she does to “Boost”–and she’s over 4 now! Our instructor got a new puppy years ago and called her “babiest”–and so she remained her whole life, even after the arrival every 2-4 years of yet another puppy. So you’re completely normal there!

  4. The first thing everyone said when I got Page was, “But Devon’s still a puppy!” Yeah, Devon’s 3 YEARS OLD! She’s not a puppy. Page will be a puppy for a LONG time!

  5. My current youngest will always be “Puppy.”
